The district of Saarlouis maintains the tourist information at Großer Markt 1 to offer tourists and locals information about the region and assistance and to promote the local hospitality industry. For its 200th anniversary, the listed building was renovated. Since April 2016, this building has a HANSA air conditioning unit.

Installed devices: Central air handling unit with control and mechanical refrigeration system as well as additional refrigeration system for supplying external consumers such as ceiling-mounted recirculating chillers with chilled water

Special features: Heating, cooling and additional chilled water, energy recovery from exhaust air by using a plate heat exchanger.
